I guess it depends on the person. Of course, if you're really short, you could be the thinnest person in the world and it won't really make difference. At 5'1. But anyway a lot of people do think if you're slimmer or thinner you look taller but when you're sometimes thicker and more muscular that can make you look taller I think.
