How does claudio sanchez sing so high

Must investigate Going for the One then. I guess Anderson counts as one of those. Sorry if I've caused any confusion! But he doesn't sing falsetto. And he's fathered several children.

When Jon Anderson sings low, he tends to get very quiet. I think fuxi is right that "Going for the One" may show his highest work, but I think his lowest singing can be found on "Onward.

No problem Annie Haslam Renaissance and Klaus Blasquiz Magma reputedly both have a five-octave vocal range, which is impressive. I think I have read this in a Dutch pop encyclopedia, but I'm not sure of this. IMO it doesn't so much depend on the mere range, but also on how the voice sounds.

With some bit of training most people can develop a good vocal range, but their voice will only sound good in a relatively narrow part of it. Making your voice sound good or even great throughout your range is the hard part, and moving effortlessly through that range is even more difficult.

One nice bit that comes to my mind is in Symphony X - Egypt at about There he performs a two octave shift My Blog about Nutrition, Dieting and Excercise Oh yes, forgot about Russell Allen And completely agree, as I said having a connected range and using it well is more important than just hitting notes that are wide apart. Led Zeppelin I and II. Electric Ladyland. My mother was on the opposite end of the spectrum. You started playing in bands in fourth grade. I bought a really inexpensive guitar and learned how to play while writing songs.

But I was in a bunch of bands, like Dark Ecstasy. Another was called Toxic Parents. We did a bunch of Misfits covers.

Jimmy Page is one of your heroes. Do you have a favorite Page performance? We were playing somewhere in California, and I tried to use in-ear monitors. I lost my balance and smashed my face into the monitor and busted my lip open. Whose voice annoys you? My own! Maybe Geddy Lee [of Rush], because I get compared to him so often. He has the most amazing voice, sweet personality , and gorgeous hair.

Girl1: did you see coheed and cambria last week? Girl2: yes, and i almost died when i saw claudio sanchez play the double-necked guitar!!!! The lead singer of one of the greatest bands ever! The dude plays that thing over his head and with his teeth. Hmmmmmmm, who else plays a white double neck guitar? Sponsored Post. I've never heard Claudio sing so can't really compare though. Hey G! You ROCK! I love them both! Check Claudio out. In this video he is playing on a red double neck! Jimmy Page style!

Cool that he switched to the Alex Lifeson model. Earl I can't believe Rush fans hate this band!! I'm 44, not 18 and I'm hooked! He laughed, then we talked a bit about Rush. Pure class. Posted 06 August - AM I hope you did what most normal husbands do and hit her for having her own opinions. Which are wrong. Edited by Union , 06 August - AM. Love his style of singing that has been referred to as 'shrieking' back in the Rush to Hemipsheres days especially with 'Bastille Day' and 'Finding My Way', and 'Something for Nothing', and of course 'Hemispheres' , though I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

But I have a weird thing for voices. I like Geddy's '80s and '90s vocals, too, with his more melodic style. Some of his style on Snakes and Arrows wasn't my favourite, but he does kick ass on Clockwork Angels , with a more powerful singing approach. Kind of rambling now, but my point is, I think Geddy's a good singer, and he has a unique voice that isn't for everyone but certainly rubs me the right way.
